Reserve Plan

A reserve study of Fairwinds property was completed early last year which provides a breakdown of all buildings, structures, amenities, etc. on the property, their current condition at the time the inspection was conducted, life expectancy and the estimated cost on the replacement of each item at the time it would need to be replaced. A copy of this plan is available in the Association Office for anyone who may wish to stop in and review the information. In the next few weeks, additional copies will be available for owners who want to check out a copy of the Replacement Reserve Report for a more leisurely review of the information.
